Why is it that I always seem restless where I live?

I am originally from MA. I lived there for 30 years. I currently live i Texas. I used to live in Plymouth and was unhappy as I think towns are extremely boring. I tried living in Boston and I got bored with that and I tried living in Albany NY. I liked Albany NY except i do not like the cold. I decided to move to San Antonio TX. I have been here 2 years and complain about how it is just a huge town. I went to Houston and i loved Houston. However since I am a college student in San Antonio TX I do not want to simply move to Houston. I am curious why I am so restless. I know my greatest dream is to live in Moscow Russia. I am wondering if that would be the reason I am restless. I know I am frustrated because I feel it is impossible for me to be able to live in Russia. It would not be difficult for me to adapt there. I am a beginner Russian speaker. If I was giving a history test I would ace it. I am studying their national anthem. I am even interested in marrying a Russian woman. I know the only thing that stops me is employment.
