Im 37 weeks pregnant and have" i think bh" how do i know?

they started about 11 last night and tey are 2-3 min apart and holds for 10 to 15 secs... im 37 weeks how do i know if they are bh or real? they are not painfull just have a dull pain by dr said if they hurt go to l&d but my dr hasnt even checked me yet...
