I have the end of a roast beef deli slab that my roommate brought home from her work. Crock pot recipes?

It's boar's head, already cooked, used for deli sandwiches.... It's a 2 quart crock pot and we here love organic and exotic foods (two are unfortunately vegetarians).....some one come up with a dank recipe for me to cook up........it's about a 3/4 pound end of the meat. THANKS......ONE love
