Since the writers' strike is over...?

I've heard that since the writers' strike is over, Season 1 of Gossip Girl (the CW) will start up again next month. But I have just heard that second hand. Do you know any more information or have a web address that actually says anything like this? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you so much! Please include your source.
