What's the name of the skit on SNL with Keenan Thompson?

Does anyone know the name of the snl skit with Keenan Thompson and i think its either Tina Fay or Amy Poehler. Anyways the skit had Keenan as a music show host and Tina (or Amy) came in with a blonde wig on and was posing as Gwen Stefani and they started talking. Later in th skit she started to sing a song. I think the song was something like "Twitch and Shake." She was dancing with her body as straight as a board. She was also twitching and shaking left and right. It was hilarious. If any one knows the name of the skit and where I can find it please, please tell, me. I checked on the SNL website and couldn't find it.
