Do agent training programs pay?

I'm new to the film industry, but a boss at one of my jobs has been working with me to get me into one of those agent training programs at places like CAA or William Morris. I'm just wanting to know if the trainees get paid. I don't want to ask if they pay because I don't want it to look like I'm just in it for the money, but I don't really have the means to work for free either. I can't really find any info online. Does anybody have any knowledge about this?
