Is anyone unaffected by the Oxycontin epidemic?

Me personally? No, but I have noticed that one area of my city has. I don't know why but near the aboriginal centre of town all of the pharmacies have put up huge signs saying that they don't sell Oxycontin without a prescription. I think it's just because a lot of the people that are in those areas are the ones who are trying to make a life after escaping the reserves where drugs and alcoholism is an even greater problem.
