In Smash Bros Brawl, what exactly does Ike say when he pulls off a counter?

It's been driving me and my housemates crazy. I'm fairly sure it's 'falcon!' but my friend insists it's 'carbon!' while my other friend is sure it's 'coven!'. Any clues here?
