Grammar proofread please?

Rose and Brief discuss two forms of handicap: epilepsy and amputation. The experiments are designed to give a better understanding of how employment is affected by handicap. Handicaps are generally accepted by everyone in the workforce, but there are differences in salary for amputees because they have a disfigured appearance. The result of the experiment shows that being handicapped is not a hinderance to being hired. In fact, handicaps may actually be beneficial because employers face pressure to avoid discrimination. The second reading is The Bionic Future of Sport. Performance in sports can be enhanced by improvements in sport equipment. The production of sports equipment has progressed from raw materials like wood to synthetic materials like carbon fiber. The improvements in the manufacturing of sports equipment have enhanced athletes’ performance in sports. An example of innovation that goes beyond sports equipment are is carbon fiber prosthetics leg. In the future, we will see robotic tracksuits. The third reading is the Olympic Dream Stays Alive, on Synthetic Legs. Oscar Pisotius, an amputee, challenged the court for competition in the summer’s Olympic Games in Beijing. The ruling overturned a ban imposed by the International ociation of Athletics Federations. Pisotius’s synthetic legs also raise questions about unfair advantages with his leg. The court's decision will open more doors for other athletes to compete in other sports.
