Pain not going away after losing virginity 4 days ago. help?

This happened to me, but I wasn't a virgin. If there wasn't enough lube and he put in, this will cause it. Don't have for awhile and if It doesn't stop in a week go to the doctor. I don't want to say its an std cause it probably isn't. Its going to sound grosss but go by the vagsil soap it works to help keepo your mind off it and wear loose pants like pjs for the next few days and put a bag of ice or frozen peas
