My husband and I have been trying to get pregnat for over two years!?

My husband and i have been trying to get pregnant for over two years now,We have done everything from clomid,estrogen and Medical procedures! And we just was going to give up! I was going to try it one more time and that was going to be it,So the last time i took clomid was when i got my period Aug 19th,I took it three days then the estrogen and then during that time baby dancing,Needless to say i did not get a period in sept(BY THE WAY MY PERIOD IS ALWAYS OFF TRACK) but i thought well that is normal for me,Oct spotting here and there and that was pretty much it! well on tuesday nov 18th i woke up and said what the hell i always have a spear test around and i took it well i sat it down and came back it was positive! I almost ped out, I went to the store bought three more and they all are BFP! I went and got some blood work done on nov 21st,My hcg level was 260 they wanted me to go back in 48 hrs and they told me it had to double for a normal pregnancy so i found out today it is at 876! Ok how far along am i since my periods are out of wack and is that a good jump! Sorry for the book im just very excited and would like any feedback! I see my new doctor on dec 3rd!
