Might there be something wrong with me mentally?

You might have ADD and ADHD- the not able to stand silence gives it out, i hate it to and i ALWAYS tap my fingers or tap my foot or something along those lines, so the answer to your question, yes you could have something mentally wrong with you *(dont take this as a bad thing)* but i'd talk to your mum about it and see if she or anyone else could help you.
