In asia somewhere.. racism is occuring between two places in the same kind of area, bangladesh and where?

i really dont know what i'm on about really.. i have hardly any notes but im doing an essay on rasciam and this section i'm doing at the moment is about racisma happening within the same country / area.. and it says bangladesh is one of those areas
