Frozen vegan sunshine burgers accidentally left out overnight?would they be safe to re-freeze and eat?

I cant afford to waste food and I bought 2 packages of sunshine burgers frozen from the store last night,i woke up this morning and realized i forget to put them in the freezer.they did thaw out,is it safe for me to just put them in the freezer and cook them later?
