Where can Iraqi Dinars be exchanged?

I have friends who've purchased Dinars hoping to capitalize on a revaluation, but I'm skeptical and would love additional information. I see lots of people willing to sell, but other than eBay, none willing to buy. Any insight would be appreciated!
