Does the Electoral Register gives a clear indication of the numbers and racial make up of our communities?

This is a mive problem and i can only see it getting worse.People come to England because there know were soft and nobody dare say anything .Were basically a laughing stock.people will realise when it is to late ..we will be over run by that point.the figures we have for immigrants is no were near the real figure....i might emigrate ;)
